Kostas Ketikidis is a seasoned startup operator and business development leader with 17+ years of experience driving innovation and growth at the intersection of fintech, real estate, and Web3. As the former founder of both Compound, a real estate investment platform acquired by Republic, and Everyrealm, a pioneering metaverse investment company, Kostas has consistently built and scaled companies from the ground up.

At Everyrealm, Kostas served as Co-Founder and Head of Business Development, where he led strategic partnerships with institutions like JP Morgan, Equitable, and Majid Al Futtaim, and helped secure $60 million in Series A funding. He played a critical role in launching Republic Realm, the industry’s first digital real estate fund, and drove millions in revenue from NFT sales and metaverse property transactions. His work positioned Everyrealm as a market leader in digital asset innovation and virtual real estate.

Prior to that, he co-founded Compound, where he oversaw investor relations, capital raising, and platform growth—culminating in the company's acquisition by Republic. Kostas has a proven ability to identify emerging trends, build ecosystems, and execute high-impact growth strategies that deliver results. A recognized voice in the Web3 space, he’s spoken at leading industry events including NFT.NYC and Bisnow, and continues to advise and operate at the cutting edge of metaverse, NFT, and digital asset developments.
